RETURNS / REPLACEMENT

We offer Replacement within 48 Hours of receiving the product. But only in case product received is damaged/defective.

We do not guarantee that your Phone / Laptop Screen display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked (not satisfied reason) by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the Original Tags and Packaging.

 

EXCHANGE:

We Provide Exchange But with Certain Fees Applied.

Example :

Like In Case A customer has ordered OnePlus 9 instead of OnePlus 9 pro Then He / She has to pay Applied Fees per cover to be eligible for Exchanging that product. 

 

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hours.
